Shipping FAQs

  1. How can I track my shipment? You can monitor the progress of your shipment by accessing the "Inventory" tab in our header menu. It will display the estimated arrival date of the inventory at our warehouse. Once the inventory is received, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order, along with a tracking number. Alternatively, you can track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" button in the menu header.

Pre-Order FAQs

  1. How do pre-orders work? Pre-orders are open for a limited period. In week 1, we place a bulk order for the clothing items. After the bulk order arrives at our warehouse (approximately 5-7 weeks), we start shipping out the packages. Customers will receive a tracking number, and the shipping duration (3-7 days) varies depending on the customer's location. Please note that we currently do not accept international orders.

  2. What are the benefits of pre-ordering?

    • Cost: Items during the pre-order stage are priced lower compared to when they are "ready to ship."
    • Priority Shipping: Pre-orders are shipped out first once we receive the bulk order of items.
    • Early Access: Pre-order customers receive their items before "ready to buy" customers.
    • Scarcity: Pre-order customers have an advantage in terms of size and quantity availability compared to "ready to buy" customers.
  3. Are there any cons to pre-ordering? The main drawback is the longer shipping time, which can take approximately 6-9 weeks.

Sizing FAQs

  1. What is the sizing for the shirts? Our shirts tend to run oversized, especially in the sleeves. For a boxier and oversized fit, we recommend going with your recommended size. If you prefer a more slim or tight fit, consider sizing down.   2. What about the sizing for the hoodie? The hoodies are also a bit oversized. We recommend sticking to your original recommended size for the best fit.
